Quick verdict

The Presence Pro is the wired member of the Everything Presence family: 802.3af PoE and Ethernet alongside Wi-Fi, plus both a 25m mmWave sensor and a 6m tracking radar fitted as standard rather than as an add-on. It does not replace the Presence One, which the vendor still sells alongside it. Pick the Pro when you can run a cable and want the sensor off Wi-Fi; pick the One when you cannot.

Standout: The only sensor in the Everything Presence line with Ethernet and 802.3af PoE, and it fits both radars as standard.

Privacy and local-control notes

Runs ESPHome firmware and talks to Home Assistant over the local network with no vendor cloud account. The Ethernet option means a Pro can be wired into the network and kept off Wi-Fi entirely, which is about as private as a networked sensor gets.
