The US Aqara Smart Plug (model ZNCZ12LM) is a solid, fully local Zigbee plug: 1875 W / 15 A, energy monitoring, and a mains-powered Zigbee router that helps your mesh. The catch is which integration you run. Zigbee2MQTT exposes the whole metering set - power, energy, voltage, current, plus overload protection and power-outage memory. Under ZHA the switch works but most of the electrical measurement attributes come back unavailable, and the device-support request asking for a quirk was closed without one. Buy it for Zigbee2MQTT; if you are on ZHA and want energy data, buy something else.

Standout: Name-brand Zigbee metering plug that doubles as a router, with the full energy set exposed under Zigbee2MQTT.
