The U200 is a strong upgrade over the U100. Thread-native, Matter-ready, and still has Apple Home Key. Lock and unlock work locally in Home Assistant via Matter, which is great. The catch: fingerprint data does not flow into HA, and you still need the Aqara app for initial setup and calibration. Solid choice if you can live with those trade-offs.
