Privacy and local-control notes

The default Govee app and integration use Govee's cloud API, but the official govee_light_local integration (Local Push, added in HA 2024.2) controls many WiFi RGBIC strips over the LAN once the per-device LAN API is enabled - a fully cloud-free path on supported models.
