Which one to buy

Match the device to the load. The ZW15S switch is for anything that only needs on and off: bathroom fans, closet lights, outdoor lights.

The ZW6HD dimmer is the one for lights you want to dim, and the ZW4SF is a proper fan controller with four speeds, so it won't damage a fan motor the way a dimmer can; it's AC-motor fans only.

Whichever you pick, you need a Z-Wave controller in Home Assistant and a neutral wire in the box.
