Shelly Wave relays

Four Z-Wave relays with power metering, all fully local through Z-Wave JS in Home Assistant. The difference is channels and where the module lives: behind a switch, in a tight box, or on a DIN rail in the panel.

Which one to buy

Behind a single switch, the Wave 1PM Mini is the one to reach for if the box is tight (29 by 35 mm), though it isn't sold on the US store; the standard Wave 1PM adds Z-Wave Long Range and is the easy US buy.

Two circuits in one box is the Wave 2PM, with metering on each channel, and it's cheaper than two single modules.

The Wave Pro 1PM is for wiring at the panel: DIN-rail mount, roughly twice the price of the in-wall modules, and an install that may need an electrician depending on where you live.

I own and have tested Shelly Wave 1PM (5/5) and Shelly Wave 1PM Mini (5/5). I haven't run the others, so those picks are based on the spec sheet and what other Home Assistant users report.
