Which one to buy

The Pro is the one I'd buy: it clamps over the existing cylinder, needs no hub, and the Ultra has the same Matter over Thread local control underneath.

The Ultra is Nuki's design statement, noticeably slimmer and more refined, and it's the newer model with less community feedback behind it, so pay the extra only if the look matters to you.

Both fit European profile and round cylinders only; a US single-cylinder deadbolt needs the separate Nuki Smart Lock (Deadbolt) instead.

I haven't run any of these; the picks are based on the spec sheets and what other Home Assistant users report.
