Which one to buy

If you can run Ethernet to the door, get the PoE version: one cable for power and data, no Wi-Fi to drop out, and no cloud at all.

If you can't, the Wi-Fi version does the same RTSP and ONVIF job into Frigate and Home Assistant, with local recording to microSD; test the Wi-Fi signal at the door before you commit, and know that two-way audio in Home Assistant can be finicky on it.

The PoE unit won't ring an existing mechanical chime (a plug-in chime is in the box) and has no native HomeKit support.

I haven't run any of these; the picks are based on the spec sheets and what other Home Assistant users report.
